P&O Ferries incentive scheme, 'Tribal Wars', needed a little bit of spark to get teams engaged with reaching sales targets. What better end-of-year reward than a Leisure Vouchers day out?
With Leisure Vouchers as part of your reward scheme you can offer a world of different experiences and days out all through one simple gift - The only thing you need to decide is how many you're going to give away. P&O Ferries incentive scheme 'Tribal Wars' took this to heart with their end-of-year rewards, and their monthly prizes had a tasty spark of variety too.
P&O Ferries operate an employee incentive scheme called 'Tribal Wars', created to inject healthy competition within the call centre. Teams are encouraged to reach sales targets with a winning team being treated to a great meal out each month, while annually the overall winners enjoy a day trip to London including a theatre visit, sightseeing and dinner, all courtesy of Leisure Vouchers and Virgin Incentives.
When asked about why they chose to use Leisure Vouchers for their rewards, the Call Centre Manager at P&O Ferries had this to say:
'We celebrate team work by incentivising call centre staff with Leisure Vouchers. Winning teams enjoy dinner out together at a choice of restaurants. Only leisure and experience rewards can offer that time together that strengthens working relationships - retail vouchers or white goods just don't have the same appeal.'
If you've got plans to set up an incentive scheme to get your teams fired up (and maybe with an element of friendly competition too) but don't know what would make the best reward, give us a call on 0844 272 0002 or email us at Contact@virginincentives.co.uk and ask us what we can do for you to get that spark back into your staff!
P&O Ferries are one of the UK's favourite ferry companies, as voted for in the 2015 Globe Travel Awards, sailing to France, Belgium, The Netherlands and across the Irish Sea. With over nine million passengers travelling every year, they've been part of a lot of holidays, weekends away, days out and business trips.
