Here’s what you need to do if you’ve got paper Virgin Vouchers…

Paper Virgin Vouchers have been discontinued. If you’ve still got some in date vouchers, here’s what you need to do to get use out of them


It’s always sad when a voucher or product gets discontinued, but that doesn’t have to be the end of the road. We’ve no intention of keeping you from enjoying the value of your vouchers, so if you’ve got some in-date paper Virgin Vouchers, all you need to do is:

  • Take your pick from either the Virgin Gift Card or Leisure Vouchers (paper or plastic, the choice is yours), as that’s what we’ll turn your Virgin Vouchers into, and we’ll refresh the validity so you’ve got another year to choose what to do with them.
  • Then send your paper vouchers in (recorded delivery, so they don’t get lost in the post!) to:

    • Boston Drive
    • Bourne End
    • Bucks
    • Sl8 5YS

Please include a brief note about why you’re sending them in and what you’d like to swap them to with your full name, return address and contact details, so we can let you know we’ve got them and so we know where the vouchers came from!

After that, you’ll receive your replacement Virgin Gift Card or Leisure Vouchers (paper or plastic, the choice is yours) in the post within 15-20 working days for you to redeem and enjoy.
